We are dedicated to empowering students and fostering a passion for clean energy solutions. We are thrilled to share our partnership with the Alhambra Unified School District in Arizona, where students have embarked on an inspiring journey to design and develop a solar pavilion.
This exciting project challenged students to not only design the structure around a predetermined number of solar panels but also to grasp the intricacies of financial modeling. They had to finalize the design, prepare a detailed project budget, and present their innovative ideas to the school and a panel of judges.
Empowers, in collaboration with Veregy, was proud to support the Arizona STEM project by donating IronRidge mounting systems. This contribution played a pivotal role in bringing clean energy to the Arizona high school, demonstrating our commitment to advancing sustainability and education in the community.
The Alhambra School District holds a special place in our hearts, as it was one of the first organizations to reach out to Empowers when we were founded. We are honored to have been part of this journey, empowering students to think creatively, develop practical skills, and contribute to a greener future.
