We are passionate about empowering individuals and fostering expertise in the solar energy sector. That’s why we are proud to collaborate with Esdec Distribution, an Enstall company, a leading name in mounting systems across Europe, dedicated to helping customers become true solar heroes.
Our partnership with Esdec Distribution is part of a broader initiative undertaken in collaboration with the Province of Deventer, Konnected (who selected the participants), BDA, and Aventus (who tailored the training program). Together, we embarked on a mission to train and equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the solar energy industry.
Esdec Distribution generously opened the doors of its Innovation Center and provided all the necessary training materials, enabling us to create a comprehensive and hands-on training program. This initiative has successfully trained six individuals, two of whom have already entered the solar energy sector, to make a tangible impact on the workforce in this growing field.
Our shared vision is to empower individuals to contribute to the clean energy revolution by becoming skilled professionals in the solar industry. With the support of partners and the dedication of our participants, we are taking significant steps toward achieving this goal.
