Esdec Empowers
Esdec is the market leader in mounting systems in Europe and is committed to empowering customers to become solar heroes. Esdec Empowers was the first initiative of the Empowers program. Together with the county of Deventer who managed the program, Konnected, who selected the participants, BDA and Aventus who tailored the training program for new installers. Esdec opened the doors of its Innovation Center and provided all training materials. As a result, six people were successfully trained, and two of them are already working in the solar industry. All involved parties are working on Esdec Empowers part 2.
